Delete Your Account

Open the One URI app, sign in, and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the deletion when prompted. The deletion is immediate and permanent.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your login profile (name, email, username and subscription details).
• All of your bio cards, including their avatars, contact details, themes, link buttons, and products & services.
• All of your short links and their click analytics — your links stop working immediately, and their addresses are released.
• All enquiries (leads) received through your contact forms.
• Registered devices for push notifications and any pending payment requests.

Deletion cannot be undone. We do not keep a recoverable copy of your data.

If you can no longer sign in, or your account has been suspended, email us at support@1uri.in from the Google account email you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

You don't have to delete everything: inside the app you can delete individual short links, bio cards, products, or leads at any time, and each is removed permanently right away.
